What does the shipping fee cover?

Our puppy shipping specialists will oversee your puppy's care from the moment they are picked up from their birth home until they reach the departing airport.
Your puppy will be provided with a new puppy carrier equipped with absorbent material for comfort, as well as a small food and water dish.
The pet carriers used are approved by airlines.

We utilize Pet Approved Airlines for available pet destinations. We collaborate with you and your breeder to ensure a smooth process. You can review the airline's procedures to guarantee your pet's safe and secure travel.

It's important to note that pet travel differs from passenger travel. Pet travel is feasible at all airports in South Africa. Kindly provide the closest airports to you for the fastest turnaround.
Prior to purchasing a puppy from our breeders, please confirm shipping availability to your location. In order to ship a puppy to your location, the temperature must be below 85 degrees at the time of departure, during any connections, and upon arrival. We will work with you to schedule the first available date that meets these criteria and appreciate your cooperation. Our foremost priority is the safe arrival of your puppy.
Our shipping services are currently available for all puppies in South Africa. We recommend consulting with our shipping department before purchasing a puppy for shipping.
